Same issue here.Or rather, I can access fine one one PC, but not on the other. 
Both run Windows 10 (1803 build 17134.48).The only major difference is that one - the one that works - has Classic Start Menu installed, the other have not. It is not practical for me to install/uninstall it to test, and really that shouldn't be making a difference anyway.SMB2 support would solve it, and really it isn't too much to ask that Lenovo keeps up critical support of its older but still very functional devices.
